Terms of Service
Last updated July 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Tekinno Software LTD ("we", "us"), the operator of EnoughLine. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
EnoughLine connects to financial institutions through read-only providers to display your accounts, balances, transactions, and investments, and offers budgeting, projection, and AI analysis tools on top. It is a read-only informational tool. It does not, and cannot, move money, make payments, execute trades, or take any action on your financial accounts.
Your account and eligibility
- You must be the age of majority in your province, territory, or jurisdiction of residence.
- Keep your sign-in credentials and second factor secure.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Only connect financial accounts that you own or are authorized to access.
Workspaces and household sharing
Each account belongs to a workspace. The workspace owner may invite household members; everyone in a workspace can see its financial data. The owner is responsible for who they invite and for the subscription. Removing a member ends their access but not their own account.
Fees and payment
- Paid plans, their prices, and what they include are described on the pricing page. Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. One subscription covers the whole workspace.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel, switch plans, or update payment details at any time in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- If a renewal payment fails, paid features pause until payment succeeds. We never delete your data because of a failed payment.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access anyone else's data or connect accounts you are not authorized to access;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass the service's security or usage limits;
- resell the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing dataset;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Not financial advice
Nothing in the service — including AI-generated insights, projections, and analysis — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable depending on providers and your institutions. Verify anything important against your institution's own records before acting on it.
Third-party services
Account connectivity is provided by Plaid and SnapTrade, payments by Stripe, and AI processing by DeepSeek, each under their own terms — see the Privacy Policy for the full list. Your use of connected institutions remains subject to those institutions' own terms.
Termination
- By you: stop using the service at any time, or delete your account in Settings — deletion revokes institution access and permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, extended non-payment, or where required by law. Where practical, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
- On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature survive (limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve or change the service over time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and notify account holders before the changes take effect; continued use after that is acceptance of the new terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekinno Software LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from inaccuracies in the data displayed. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us and we will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Failing that, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you attorn to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
